Order Placement and Shipping Times

After an order is placed it can not be cancelled. The customer will receive an email confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided upon checkout.  Accessory orders ship within 3-5 business days.  Pre-order clothing orders require 10-15 business days for processing and handling (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders placed for multiple items may result in multiple or partial shipments.

In the event an order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email is not received, please contact us at Shop@damianocollection.com.  Alternatively, if you created an account at checkout you may log in and view order details at any time.

Damiano Collection® reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.  Although, we would only do this if a product is missing from inventory or there is a catastrophic issue where we are located.

Domestic Shipping: Damiano Collection® offers standard shipping (5-7 days) on orders within the USA. A tracking number will be sent via e-mail once the package has shipped.

International Shipping: Damiano Collection® offers paid international shipping only.  Packages arrival times depend upon the country they are shipping to. Please contact us for a more accurate delivery estimate, expected delivery times vary from 5-15 business days.  Customs fees and taxes are charged once the package arrives at the destination, it is the customers responsibility to pay any additional customs fees associated with the shipment. Tracking information is sent via e-mail but may become limited once the package arrives in the destination country.

NOTE: International packages may be held at an affiliate shipping center once they arrive in the destination country due to additional fees that must be paid.  For these instances, the package will not be delivered to the final address but must be picked up at the affiliate shipping center.  It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment via the tracking number provided and to manage the pick up of their package in a timely manner.  No refunds or replacements will be provided for the customers failure to manage the shipment.

Lost and Stolen Packages: Damiano Collection® is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Once an order has shipped, it is the customers responsibility to track and manage delivery for their package.  If there are problems with the delivery please contact the carrier associated with the tracking number (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL).

Exchange Only Policy

Due to the nature of our silk items, we have an exchange only policy for all products. Please notify us within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order, confirmed by shipment tracking number to exchange eligible items.  Items that have been used, worn or washed are not eligible for exchange.  We never resell used or returned items.

Exchange Fee: Customers will be billed an additional fee for return shipping of the original item plus the cost of shipping the new item. 

Timeline For Exchanges: Customers are required to complete return shipping for their exchange items within seven (7) days. The exchange will be cancelled if the items are not checked in with a shipping company past seven (7) days and the customer will forfeit any credit for the order.

The new item will not ship until the shipping fee is paid and the original item is received in good condition.

All international customers must purchase their own return shipping labels complete with tracking information. 

Color/Detail Variations

Due to the nature of online shopping, product representation such as color may vary when viewed on different devices.  We can not guarantee the exact match or perceived representation of colors, quality, or attributes of products shown on virtual devices.

We will not accept exchanges due to minor color variation or expected product attributes that are not mentioned in the product details. 

Colors may bleed when washed.  Always test this and wash separately from other items to avoid color transfer.  Alexandra Damiano LLC (Damiano Collection) is not liable for replacement or reimbursement of a customers items due to damage or loss of value from color transfer from product to product.

Defective/Missing Merchandise

In the event that you receive an incorrect item, insufficient items as per your original order, or a defective item please notify us by email and send photographs to Shop@DamianoCollection.com within five (5) days of the items delivery (confirmed by shipment tracking number). The customer is not liable for shipping costs on defective merchandise, incorrect items, or insufficient items sent.  Merchandise will be deemed defective only if it is determined that it was faulty prior to shipment due to manufacturing error. Merchandise damaged after delivery due to misuse or alteration of the product are not considered faulty, and therefore would not be eligible for refund or exchange.  Alexandra Damiano LLC is not responsible for damaged or stolen merchandise after delivery has taken place.

Use Agreement

All products purchased from Damiano Collection are intended for personal use only.  It is prohibited to re-brand, advertise, re-sell, or promote Damiano Collection products without written consent.

Follow all care instructions and guidelines for intended use as we are not responsible for any possible damages resulting in the use or misuse of our products.

Discounts

Please contact us at Shop@damianocollection.com if you have questions about which discounts you qualify for.  

We do not offer site-wide sales often, especially on clothing, due to the handmade nature of the items.  Our prices reflect fair trade practices and fair wage compensation for our Artisans.  Thank you for investing in small business!

Payment Processing

All transactions are SSL secure and encrypted. Payment processing is carried out via an integrated payment processing tool known as Shopify Payments. Alexandra Damiano LLC is not responsible for any dysfunctional aspect of payment processing. 

PayPal is available for customers who have a PayPal account and wish to conveniently make secure payments by credit card or bank transfer. 

Shop Pay is available for customers who have a Shop Pay account and would like the option to pay over time for qualifying orders over $50.
