Order Placement and Shipping Times

After an order is placed, the customer will immediately receive an email confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided upon checkout.  Before an order is shipped it takes up to 3 business days for processing and handling (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders placed for multiple items may result in multiple or partial shipments. 

Damiano Collection® reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.  Although, we would only do this if a product is missing from inventory or there is a catastrophic issue where we are located.

Domestic Shipping: Damiano Collection® offers free standard shipping (5-7 days) on all orders within the USA.   Rush orders are subject to charge, and can be requested by mailing Sales@damianocollection.com.  

International Shipping: Damiano Collection® offers two paid international shipping options.  Basic international shipping arrives in approximately 10-25 days from date of shipment, and Expedited international shipping arrives in approximately 3-5 days from date of shipment.  Customs fees and taxes are charged once the package arrives at the destination, it is the customers responsibility to pay any additional customs fees associated with the shipment. Tracking information is given via e-mail but may become limited once the package arrives in the destination country. 

Lost and Stolen Packages: Damiano Collection® is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Once an order has shipped, it is the customers responsibility to track and manage delivery for their package.  If there are problems with the delivery please contact the carrier associated with the tracking number (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL).

Exchange/Return Policy

Customers have thirty (30) days from receipt of goods, confirmed by shipment tracking number, to file for an exchange or return.  The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item being returned was faulty (see Defective Merchandise below) or it is part of an exchange.  We will not accept exchanged/returned goods that show signs of wear, have been altered, do not have their original packaging/tags, or that show apparent signs of use or abuse.  Alexandra Damiano LLC, and this website (DamianoCollection.com), does not accept the exchange of Damiano Collection brand merchandise sold from outside boutiques or vendors.  Alexandra Damiano LLC has the right to approve or deny any product exchanges or returns on an individual case basis.

Defective Merchandise

In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item please notify us by email and send photographs to Shop@DamianoCollection.com within five (5) days of the items delivery (confirmed by shipment tracking number). The customer is not liable for shipping costs on defective merchandise.  Merchandise will be deemed faulty only if it is determined that it was faulty prior to shipment. Merchandise damaged after delivery are not considered faulty, and therefore would not be eligible for refund or exchange.  Alexandra Damiano LLC is not responsible for damaged or stolen merchandise after delivery has taken place.

Payment Processing

All transactions are SSL secure and encrypted. Payment processing is carried out via an integrated payment processing tool known as Shopify Payments. Alexandra Damiano LLC is not responsible for any dysfunctional aspect of payment processing. 

Paypal is offered for customers who have a paypal account and wish to conveniently make secure payments by credit card or bank transfer. 

VIA Bill Payments
