Order Placement and Shipping (Excluding Wholesale Orders)

After an order is placed, the customer will receive an email confirmation sent to the e-mail address provided upon checkout.  Before an order ships, it takes approximately 3 business days for processing and handling (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Orders placed for multiple items may result in multiple or partial shipments.

Alexandra Damiano LLC offers free standard shipping (5-7 days) on all orders $50 and above, within the USA.   Rush deliveries and international orders are subject to charge. Alexandra Damiano LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason.

Exchange/Return Policy

Customers have ten (10) days from receipt of goods, confirmed by shipment tracking number, to file for an exchange or return.  We will not accept exchanged/returned goods that show signs of wear, have been altered, do not have their original packaging/tags, or that show apparent signs of use or abuse.  Alexandra Damiano LLC, and this website (DamianoCollection.com), does not accept the exchange of Damiano Collection brand merchandise sold from outside boutiques or vendors, or from a previous wholesale order via DamianoCollection.com.  Alexandra Damiano LLC has the right to approve or deny any product exchanges that do not meet the above standard.

Request an exchange/return by emailing Shop@DamianoCollection.com.  Alexandra Damiano LLC is not responsible for any charges, damages, or losses from return shipping, as it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping and properly insure the package. Always collect a tracking number.

Defective Merchandise

In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item please notify us by email at Shop@DamianoCollection.com within five (5) days of the items delivery (confirmed by shipment tracking number). Merchandise will be deemed faulty only if it is determined that it was faulty prior to shipment. Merchandise damaged after delivery are not considered faulty, and therefore would not be eligible for refund or exchange.  Alexandra Damiano LLC is not responsible for damaged or stolen merchandise after delivery has taken place.

Wholesale Order Terms

The price listed on products marked WHOLESALE is offered for wholesale customers who have an official Sales Certificate and EIN number issued by the state. 

Minimum order is 6 pieces per style, per color.

Orders totaling below $1,500 are required to be paid in full.  Orders totaling above $1,500 are eligible for the following payment terms: 60% downpayment at time of order placement, and the remaining 40% due NET 15 after order delivery. To activate this payment term use code wholesale at checkout.  

Delivery time is up to 90 days from order placement.  You may receive your shipment before the 90th day, but not before the 30th day unless otherwise negotiated.  

You will receive an email confirming your order, and a separate e-mail from a member of our team to confirm your color choices, shipping address, and to obtain your EIN and Sales Certificate numbers.  Please note that colors shown above may appear different on other devices and in print.  Upon request, we will mail you a swatch of your chosen colors to confirm.

Wholesale customers are required to mark the full retail price of Damiano Collection brand products at the same prices the item is listed for on Damianocollection.com.  

Alexandra Damiano LLC (Damiano Collection) reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.  By ordering from this site you automatically agree to the Wholesale Order Terms listed above.

All Wholesale orders are final sale, and are not eligible for return or refund.

Payment Processing

All transactions are SSL secure and encrypted. Payment processing is carried out via an integrated payment processing tool known as Shopify Payments. Alexandra Damiano LLC is not responsible for any dysfunctional aspect of payment processing.
